When can I expect my order?
To keep prices as low as possible, ModaNoma has products delivered directly from the manufacturer or supplier to you. Order deadline is 5:00 PM. It takes about 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday) before your order is successfully processed. The average delivery time is approximately 4-6 working days (Monday to Friday) in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Address changes
Do you want to change the delivery address after placing your order? Then contact us as soon as possible via support@modanoma.com. We do our best to make the change as long as the order has not yet been processed.
Undeliverable packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of receipt, or failure to pick up on time at a pickup point, we reserve the right to charge return and reshipment costs.

I am missing some products, how can that be?
Some orders are shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure product quality, the products you order may come from different suppliers. If you order multiple products from us at the same time, it may happen that the products are not delivered simultaneously. Don't worry, your order is on its way. The rest of the order is usually delivered within 1 to 3 days.
What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
Unfortunately, it can happen that your order is damaged during delivery. As a customer, you obviously cannot do anything about this. In this case, immediately contact our customer service by sending an email to support@modanoma.com. It is necessary to take photos of the complaint and attach them to your email. In any case, your product will be replaced or refunded.
Do not return the item without sharing photos with us. Unfortunately, we cannot find a suitable solution for you otherwise. Our customer service will process your message as soon as possible and work with you to find the best solution.
What should I do if I have a bought the wrong product, the product does not fit, or if I no longer want the item.
